About Book
“Ember in the Dusk” is about all the hopes, cold hard facts, loss, traumas, strength and encouragement that results in creating a seemingly happy and normal imperfect reasonably functional world, neither utopian nor dystopian. An attempt to give vent to the feelings that does not really envision an environment so perfect that fosters empty rhetorical fallacies.
The narrative, rhythmic and free verse poems follow their voyage as they navigate the peaks and troughs of life, breaking the illusion of a perfect world.
