Order Packing
We apply multi-layered packaging to all our shipped orders and pack them with extra care. We put efforts to get it deliver at your doorstep as soon as possible.
Processing Time
It usually takes up to 2-3 working days to deliver the nation wide orders. For POD books, it may adds up 3-5 production days. For International orders, it may vary from (7-10 or more working days) as per courier service type and country transit time.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is so far the most popular payment method at Auraq Online Bookstore. Currently, we use Courier Services Like M&P and TCS for fast delivery across Pakistan. This service is for nation wide customers only.
Delivery Charges
For some book titles, its FREE delivery, also if the order total is Rs 4999 or higher, delivery will be FREE as well. Standard Flat Delivery Charges of Rs 200PKR are applied for the rest of titles/orders nationwide.

Auraq Publications serves its overseas customers as well. We offer International Shipping all over the world via FedEx and DHL courier companies. Respective delivery charges will apply.
